Step 1: Install The App

• This link will walk you through everything you need to do, step-by-step, and should only take about 30 seconds.

Step 2: Provide Us Your HubSpot ID

Once you have installed the app, contact your Conquest Graphics Representative, or our implementation team at implementation@conquestgraphics.com and provide them with your HubSpot ID to complete the integration process.

• You can locate your HubSpot ID by clicking on the dropdown menu under your account name.
• Or you can use this helpful article to find your HubSpot ID.

Step 3: Provide The Art

The workflow action that will become available won't show an art version selection option until you have provided us with your configured art and your HubSpot ID.

For help with your direct mail designs, feel free to download one of our free design templates, or contact our design team for additional help.

If you're taking advantage of our commingled postcard process, here are the postcard artwork specifications:

• Size: 6x9 inches.
• Postcards will be printed in full color on both sides.
• You can place content anywhere you'd like except for the mail panel area on the back side, as pictured below. For help with your postcard design, you can download a free template here.

Step 4: Configure The Action

Once the app is installed, you will have a new option in your workflow actions that looks like this:

• To configure the action, just set the fields you want to use to populate the mail information (first name, last name, address, etc.)
• Select product version (this maps to the art you send).
• That’s it, press send!
