Whether you are ordering print materials online or placing a custom order with us through one of our representatives, we are confident that you will appreciate how easy it is to place an order.
Check out our Templates page to ensure your art is created to the correct size and orientation for the desired end product. Please confirm your art has the appropriate bleeds and column spacing, for folding and cutting, before uploading files.
Step 1 - Shop
The first step is to shop for the item or items in which you are interested. With our InstaQuote tool, simply make your paper and print selections, and instantaneously see our low print prices! Click "Add to Cart" for the items you want to print. You can also save quotes to come back to later by clicking "Save Quote." In your cart you will see the items you've selected, and you can start the checkout process.
Step 2 - Checkout
Determine which items in your cart you are ready to have printed. Select those items and click "Checkout." When possible, we will combine the items from this order into one shipment to further save you money on shipping costs. Look for our Combined Shipping Eligible icon when placing items in your cart.
Step 3 - Upload file(s)
You can provide your files to us and we will keep them in a secure library that you can access as you need them. Simply click the "Upload Art" button to get your file(s) to us. If you have any questions about how to do this, or how to prepare your files for printing, please refer to Art file prep under the Help center. (Note: you can also upload files before you have created a quote for them, and match them up later.) Please know that you can always call us or use our online Live Help with any assistance you need.
Step 4 - Approve proof
Some orders, such as our Quick-Ship items do NOT provide a proof. These are fully-automated processes built for speed.
With all other orders, we will send you an email letting you know that we are preparing to go on press and that your review and approval of the proof is required. You can choose to have an electronic proof, or a hardcopy (contract) proof. The electronic proof, a PDF, is created at no charge and offers the fastest turnaround time. A hardcopy (contract) proof will be mailed to you There is a nominal charge, indicated in the checkout process, for this type of proof. A contract proof is usually only desired when there is intense sensitivity in achieving a certain shade of a particular color.
