After refining the Advantage Magazine over time, and seeing outstanding results, Gary knew other agents would benefit from a similar newsletter. He partnered with Conquest Graphics to help him develop a product that's easy to implement with very little setup.

The Real Estate Monthly is a leaner version of Gary’s Advantage Magazine, and includes all the outstanding content that Gary has created himself but at at a fraction of the cost and with virtually no set up.

To ensure that a single neighborhood or community does not receive versions of newsletters from multiple real estate agents, Gary and Conquest Graphics will grant exclusivity to carrier routes or zip codes that agents choose.
