Description of Customization Types

Generic

No Customizations. The National/generic version of the rack card has the Donate Life logo and mentions DonateLife.net on both the front and two places on the back panel.

Custom – Online Design

Using our design portal, you can make limited customizations to the lower front panel, as well as to the state registry URL on the back. You may replace the Donate Life logo with your state version*, add a second logo and/or replace “DonateLife.net” with your state registry URL. If you would like to reprint a previously ordered “Online Design” job, please go to Your Jobs.

"Custom Image" Customization Types

Custom – DLA Design ($75)

You may choose to replace the head-on and point of view images with those of a local recipient. Image files must be at least 4.5” x 7” at 300dpi for the large photo and at least at least 3” x 3” at 300dpi for the small photo. When choosing to replace the images, you must also prepare two sentences of copy for their story. Donate Life America will work with you directly and a $75 customization fee will apply.

Custom – Reorder | Existing Art

Select this option if you have previously ordered a DLA Design version that you wish to reprint with no changes. If possible, please reference your previous job name in the “Notes” field.

Custom – Reorder | Updates to Existing Art ($40)

Select this option if you have previously ordered a DLA Design version that you wish to reprint, but need to have changes made to the art file prior to printing. Donate Life America will work with you directly and a $40 customization fee will apply. If possible, please reference your previous job name in the “Notes” field.
