Conquest Graphics prefers the Adobe Acrobat PDF file format because:
- Embedding fonts and graphic elements within the PDF file eliminates many missing font and file issues.
- PDF files, when created properly, are cleaner and usually smaller than the source files that created them.
- PDF files are more easily and accurately pre-flighted than source files, and PDF files move smoothly and rapidly through our prepress system.

We also accept the following applications and file types, on both the PC and Macintosh platforms:
- Adobe Acrobat PDF - all versions
- Adobe InDesign - versions CS to CS4
- Adobe Illustrator - versions CS to CS4
- Adobe Photoshop - versions CS to CS4
- QuarkXpress - versions 7 to 8
- Microsoft Publisher*
- Microsoft Word*
- Microsoft PowerPoint*
- Microsoft Excel*
- JPEG
- TIFF
- EPS
*We only accept these file formats if they have been properly converted to PDF.
If you are using an application or file type not listed here, please contact us, as it may be possible for us to accept other formats. Please note that submitting your files in PDF format is the best way to ensure that your project will travel smoothly through our production system. Projects that are submitted as native application files (i.e. Adobe InDesign, etc.) and have not been properly converted to PDF format may be subject to additional processing charges, and may delay the completion of your project if they are incorrect.
