BeSprout Technology’s goal was to provide their clients with a variety of branded print marketing materials like brochures, rack cards, table tents, posters and more, to help promote their client’s new capabilities. Before working with Conquest Graphics, BeSprout was considering ordering each printed product separately, assembling marketing kits in house and shipping the kits to their clients independently. The Challenges

James Woo, Chief Executive at BeSprout Technology, and his team needed to make it easy for clients to market their new capabilities by providing them with branded print collateral. Their goal was to ship clients a single box with all the marketing materials they would need in a timely fashion.

“We have some large clients, with locations all around the U.S., we needed to find a solution that would give us the ability to ship the marketing kits to all their locations at the same time.” Woo said, “We needed to make sure that all their locations received their kits around the same time so their marketing would stay consistent through their organization.”

In the past, BeSprout would order custom branded materials for multiple clients in bulk. They would then unbox and sort the materials for each of their clients. Next they would package each kit and ship to order. The process was labor-intensive and time-consuming, requiring BeSprout to allocate time and resources away from their core product. Worst of all, this solution was very costly to BeSprout, limiting the quantity of marketing materials it could provide to their clients.

Partnering with a printer that could be flexible and work closely with the BeSprout team and their clients was extremely important to Woo.

“It was difficult finding a printer who would be flexible,” Woo said, “We sometimes need to make changes and when we do, we need them to be made quickly. Other printers would charge us a premium for that, and keeping costs down was important to provide our clients with the best services possible.”

The Conquest Graphics Solution

The Conquest Graphics team worked closely with BeSprout and their clients to develop a streamlined process that focused on simplicity, flexibility and quick turnaround time.

Conquest Graphics developed a custom solution to make ordering kits simple by creating a ordering process that allows BeSprout and their clients to receive the products they need, exactly when they need them.

“One client in particular was a quickly growing franchise that needed new marketing materials on the fly.” Dallas Paraday, Implementation Manager at Conquest Graphics said. “We worked with James Woo to come up with a process that would allow them to order new kits or restock old ones with just a few clicks.”

Since some marketing pieces were custom jobs, Conquest Graphics developed an ordering system that would eliminate the need to go through a custom ordering process, essentially creating a new product line specifically for BeSprout.

Working closely with BeSprout and their clients, Paraday and the Conquest Graphics customer service team built out kit assemblies to fit client's individual marketing needs. Conquest Graphics bundled all materials into one, ready-to-ship box.

“For their quickly growing and larger clients who order materials at a rapid pace, we decided the best solution would be to print and assemble the kits ahead of time, store them in our warehouse and drop ship the kits to order.” Paraday said. “This considerably cut down the turnaround time.”

“No other printer would print, assemble, store and ship the marketing kits except for Conquest Graphics.” Woo said. “It’s just one of the ways we feel Conquest Graphics is always striving to go above and beyond.”

Once the kit's contents were decided upon, Paraday implemented a solution for BeSprout to easily change the graphics of each kit making it simple for them to order the same batch of products for multiple clients.

Conquest Graphics' solution helps BeSprout save 20% compared to what other printers were offering and provides them with a more flexible solution and a higher quality product. “We passed that savings on to our clients by providing them with a lot more marketing materials.” Woo Said.
