Jeannie,

I just wanted to let you know that we all loved how the bookmarks turned out.

Hi Dolores,

Got the shipment yesterday, very happy with the brochures, they look just as I had hoped, thank you!

The turnaround time was also great. Since I've already gotten my delivery out here in California I am assuming the delivery to Indiana, Pennsylvania has been delivered as well (I will check on it).

Here's your new motto: Great work done quickly at a great price, Whew hoo!

Blessings,

Elaine

Product Options

  • Quantity:
  • Front Color:
    Full Color (CMYK)
    Front Color:

Conquest Graphics prints the front of all products exclusively in full color. We use the CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, and black) color model. PMS (Pantone Matching System) colors are not available, though it is often possible to convert PMS colors to CMYK. Check our Help Center for further information on color management issues.
  • Back Color:
    Full Color (CMYK)
    Back Color:

Depending on your needs, Conquest Graphics can leave the back of your project blank, print it in straight black, or full color. We use the CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, and black) color model. PMS (Pantone Matching System) colors are not available, though it is often possible to convert PMS colors to CMYK. Check our Help Center for further information on color management issues.
  • Size:
    8.5x11
    Size:

Conquest Graphics is happy to trim your job to a custom size at no extra cost. Just place your order for the next larger size and note the trim dimension under Instructions. Please note that some multi-up configurations may incur additional cost – if you have questions about custom sizes or trimming, please contact Customer Service.
  • Page:
    8 Pages
    Page:

The number of one-sided sheets is used to determine the number of pages in your print project. A “front” and a “back” count as two pages. A standard sheet folded in half is seen to have four pages – two “fronts” and two “backs”. If your project requires a higher page count then shown here, please email sales@conquestgraphics.com or call 1-800-707-9903.
  • Proof:
    Electronic-Email
    Proof:

Some online printing companies don’t offer proofs, others charge extra for the privilege. Conquest Graphics wants you to be 100% satisfied with your print experience and the best way to do that is by showing you what your project will look like before it is actually printed. Choose the option that works best for you – an electronic Adobe PDF file via email or a contract (paper) via traditional shipping methods. Remember that production doesn’t begin until Conquest Graphics receives proof approval from you, so the sooner you receive and approve your proof, the sooner you’ll have your finished product.
  • Paper:
    100# Gloss Text 10% PCW Recycled-FSC
It’s white. Need we say more? But seriously, Conquest Graphics offers a variety of paper weights and finishes. Text weight papers are the lightest – generally reserved for letterheads, catalogs, magazines and newsletters. Cover weight papers are heavier and used in business cards, bookmarks, and occasionally for brochures. Weights are measured in pounds – the heavier the weight, the thicker the paper.

The point measurement (pt) provides a guide to the folding quality of the paper. The higher the number, the more difficult it is to fold or bend. The resistance to folding makes these papers ideal for postcards, rack cards and presentation folders.

Paper finishes are similar to paint. A gloss finish imparts a shiny look, repels dirt and fingerprints, and is difficult to write on. A matte finish is similar to satin – some dirt resistance without the high shine. An offset finish has no gloss and is a good for text-heavy projects which require a lot of reading such as books and some magazines.

  • Coating:
    Aqueous Coating
    Coating:

Coating provides an extra level of protection to your printed piece. It helps prevent finger prints and limits scuffing. Coatings can also make it more difficult to write on the finished product, so many designers avoid coating products that include forms that need to be filled out. Conquest Graphics uses a gloss aqueous coating. Coating is not available on an uncoated paper stock.
  • Binding:
    Saddle Stitch
    Binding:

Saddle Stitch, or Stapled as it is sometimes called, is a traditional binding which includes 2 staples in the fold/spine of the printed product. Conquest Graphics binds documents on the long edge. If you would like your document bound on the short edge, please be sure to note it under Instructions.
  • Punching:
    No Punching
    Punching

Punching (or drilling) is the process used to create holes in a printed product. Normally this is done to include the finished piece in a binder; however holes can also be used to hang a product (such as a single hole in a calendar) or to attach tassels to bookmarks. There is a standard pattern established for 3 holes in a sheet with a finished size of 8.5x11. The pattern for all other punching requests will need to be supplied with the files for the job. Experienced designers can do this using an overprinting spot color within the document. Less experienced users may find it easier to provide two files – one for printing and one for hole-positioning.
  • Wrap & Band:
    No Wrap and Band
    Wrap & Band

Wrapping and banding is used to package your printed product into smaller quantities. Usually this is done to ease distribution to a variety of individuals or locations, but it can also organize small items or protect larger ones. Depending on the product purchased, Conquest Graphics offers three options: Rubber Band, Paper Band and Plastic Wrap. Rubber bands are an inexpensive way to package small and medium sized items. Paper bands are made of kraft paper (similar to a light weight paper grocery bag), are 1.25 inches in width and add a more professional touch then the traditional rubber band. Plastic wrap (sometimes called shrink wrap) effectively encloses your product in a sealed plastic bag – protecting it from oxidation and the elements. If you’re not sure which wrapping option is best, contact us and we will make a recommendation based on the product, paper and your plans.
  • Turnaround:
    Standard (7 days)
    Turnaround:

    – Indicates the day upon which your proof is approved.

    – Indicates the day your completed project is ready for delivery.

    – Proof approved before 5 PM Eastern Time. (Proof must be approved before 1PM for 1 Day turnaround)

    – Proof approved after 5 PM Eastern Time.

Definition of Turnaround: Turnaround is the actual time it takes from when you approve your proof to when the job is ready for delivery. Shipping time and USPS delivery time are not included in the overall turnaround time. Actual delivery date depends on the shipping method chosen or on the USPS for jobs that are mailed. Please note that selecting the “Mail” option will add two days to the overall turnaround time.

Weekends and observed holidays are not counted towards turnaround. Time required for photography, design services, and mailing also does not count towards turnaround.

Conquest Graphics is not responsible for production delays caused by errors in customer-supplied files.

Cut-off Time: Proofs that are approved by 5 PM Eastern Time will begin production on the next business day.

Turnaround Guarantee: Once you have approved your proof(s), we guarantee our turnaround. If we exceed the specified turnaround, we will provide a prorated refund of any rush charges, or we will provide a complimentary rush service on your next order. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more details.

Proofing Options: Conquest Graphics offers two proofing methods:

    • Electronic Proofs: An electronic proof in PDF format is available for any of our printed products. An electronic proof is an industry-accepted method for approving correct size and layout, content, and for making non-critical qualitative decisions about color. Once all of the files needed for your job are uploaded to our website, our goal is to check your files and email you a link to your PDF proof within 2 business hours.
    • Contract Proofs: A contract proof is a hard-copy proof that is intended to closely match press output and is available at an additional cost for projects where color match is more critical. Because contract proofs are not electronic files, they must be shipped to you for approval and you must ship them back to us before we can put your project on press. Our goal is to print and ship contract proofs the same business day. On contract proofs for Catalogs and Magazines over 16 pages, our goal is to ship the next business day. Contract proofs may be shipped via UPS Next Day Air, or UPS Ground.
Please note that incomplete uploads, or incorrectly prepared files may result in proofing delays.
  • Mailing:
    No Mailing
    Mail:

Let us save you time and money by mailing your finished products directly to your existing clients, prospects, or subscribers through our in-house mailing operation. Just upload your mailing list when you upload the other files for your project and let Conquest Graphics take care of the rest. Check our Mailing Services pages for further information. All mailing prices assume letter size or smaller mail pieces and weights that are less than the USPS-defined maximum weight. Our mailing price includes all postage costs, and a sorting/processing fee. Selecting the Mail option will add 2 days to our standard turnaround time.
