We know that not everyone understands everything there is to know about printing, so we have assembled some information that we thought would be helpful. If you have a question, or you are looking for some print-related information, please refer to the tree structure on the left side of this page.
Our File Preparation Guide addresses two of the most commonly questioned subjects: Supported File Formats, and Document Set-Up. Our Mailing Service FAQ attempts to collect the most frequently asked questions that we receive about Postal Regulations and Postal Rates. We also included a few Tips about coatings, indicia, and Non-Profit mail.
We have also included an extensive collection of printing templates for all of the products that we sell. These templates can be downloaded, and used to as a guide when you are designing your files, to help ensure proper size, bleeds, and folding.
