Q) What are your normal business hours?
A) Our business hours are from 8 am EST until 5 pm Monday through Friday. However,
it’s OK to send an email, or place an on-line order anytime.
Q) What is Conquest Graphics’ State Sales Tax policy?
A) Virginia residents who ship their product to a Virginia address will be charged sales tax. If you have a valid Virginia Tax
Exempt Certificate, please send certificate information to
customerservice@conquestgraphics.com or fax to 804-644-3502 and we will
arrange to credit your sales tax amount.
Q) Does Conquest Graphics accept international orders?
A) Yes, we do accept and ship international orders, however we adhere strictly to
custom requirements and do not accept international orders online. Please call 800-707-9903,

Q) What's the ordering process for Conquest Graphics?
A) Ordering at Conquest is easy! Select the product type you would like to have
printed (brochures, postcards, door hangers, etc.). Specify the appropriate options
from the drop down menus (quantity, size, fold, etc.). Supply a custom job name
and any special instructions. If you want to know your shipping costs enter a zip
code and select from the menu of available options. Click the "Add to Cart" button
to move the specified job to your shopping cart where you can immediately checkout
or continue shopping. When you're ready to purchase, your shopping cart is ready
to go. During the checkout process you will be asked to create an account and provide
your name, daytime phone number, billing and shipping addresses, and credit card
information. You will receive a confirmation email and be prompted to upload your
printing files and any mailing databases. Within one business day you will receive
an email with a link to view and approve your proof. Once you approve your proof
it is off to the press room and your printed product will arrive at your doorstep
in just a few short days.

Q) What kind of paper will my project be printed on?
In many cases you can select a specific paper weight or finish as part of the ordering
process. General information regarding paper weights, finishes and grades is available
in the help link next to the paper option – just click the question mark in the
small blue circle. If you are interested in a paper not listed on our website, call
800-707-9903, or contact us at

Q) Will my printed product match my monitor and/or a proof that I print from
my color printer?
A) Probably not. Monitors display colors in the RGB (additive) color space, and
printing is based on the CMYK (subtractive) color space. Colors can shift dramatically
when transformed from one space to another. Monitors are not well-suited for making
critical color judgments or evaluations, but they are perfectly acceptable for making
basic color and layout decisions (i.e. If you specify an object on a page as green,
it should appear as some shade of green). Color ink jet or desktop laser printers
are generally poor predictors of offset printed colors. They have no ability to
be calibrated, and color consistency is highly variable (ever notice how crummy
your ink jet looks when the ink cartridges are low?). Your printed pieces may not
match a monitor or an ink jet print, but rest assured that it will definitely look
better!
Q) How long will it take to get my proof?
A) You should receive an email with a link to your proof within 1 business day of
uploading your file. Remember to check the box telling us that uploading is complete!
Q) How long will it take to receive my order?
A) Most jobs ship 5 to 7 business days after proof approval. You have the ability
to request Rush production on some print jobs, which reduces production time by
1-2 business days.
Shipping can take anywhere from 1 to 5 days depending on your location and the shipping
option you select.
Q) If I have a mailing list, can Conquest Graphics mail my project?
A) Absolutely, yes! Please refer to our
Mailing Services
page for more details. You can include your mailing list as part of the file upload
process available after ordering
Q) How can I decide which CMYK colors to use, and how will they look when printed?

Q) Should I perform my own trapping and/or imposition?
A) We ask that you please do not set traps, or attempt to impose your files. Our
prepress system automatically calculates optimum trapping settings and imposition.

Q) How much bleed should I allow on an envelope?
A) We do not currently support bleeds or full ink coverage for envelopes. Please
ensure that your envelope designs do not bleed, and that all artwork is kept within
the 5/16" margin.

Q) What is Conquest Graphics’ security policy?
A) Conquest Graphics employs Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology when transmitting
your personal information. This can be confirmed by looking at the website address
which should start with "https". The "s" lets you know you are on a secure site.
Many browsers also add a closed padlock to the browser window. This can be found
in the lower right corner of Internet Explorer 6 and on the far right side of the
web address in Internet Explorer 7 and Firefox. As add added precaution, Conquest
Graphics does not save your credit card information on our servers, so there is
no need to fear a security breech within our company. If you believe that your credit
card has been used fraudulently as a result of a business transaction with Conquest
